Walking Skills & Socialisation Training
Outdoor dog & owner training service
For healthy dogs, of any age, who are immunised and, can leave the house for exercise. Always ask your Vet if you have any concerns about your dog’s health and the suitability of this type of exercise.
The activities will include walking on various types of ground. Some of which may be rugged and possibly slippy. The walks will take place at the various dog walking “venues” in Keighley & District that we use for our walking services. The settings are mainly in woodland, riverside, open countryside, and moorland.
There will be plenty of canine enrichment, socialisation, and development of real world walking skills.
After we meet you and your’ dog we will select a suitable pack for you to join. Early walks will have your’ dog socialising with a range of other dogs. They can learn a great deal about dog etiquette and how to be part of a pack. Besides gaining social experience, your’ dog’s involvement with the experienced dogs will further develop walking skills and handler focus through social learning. This will benefit you when you go for walks together.
The sessions are available – 3pm to 5 pm on the following days,*
- Monday.
- Wednesday.
- Friday.
*We can be flexible and will flex the days & times if possible.
