Booking: Terms & Conditions

General Information:

Dogs not suited to class training

Like people, dogs do not learn well in stressful environments. In fact they can learn to fear. This is one of the reasons why pet dog training courses are not suitable for anti-social dogs.

“Anti-social” dogs may well have experienced trauma early in their lives. This can be the reason why they react aggressively to other dogs, it’s a fear response for self protection, as the dog doesn’t want to be victimised again.

For these reasons a reactive dog will not cope well with classes and will need specific training to lower it’s stress levels. We can help and advise with this.

Refunds will only be made if you provide a written, signed report from your veterinary surgeon detailing why your dog is unfit to attend. With at least a weeks notice and if, we can find a replacement for your booking, a refund will be issued.

Children and young people under 18 years

Children and young people need to accompanied by a responsible adult at all times throughout the course. Under 18s can not attend without an appropriate adult. This is for safeguarding reasons.
